As the Machine Learning Platform Architect in BESTSELLER TECH, you will be a pivotal part of our AI Fashion Planning team, responsible for designing and building a robust, scalable, and secure ML platform. This platform will support the development and deployment of AI solutions that address some of the most strategically significant projects at BESTSELLER. You will play a crucial role in shaping the future of AI in fashion, working at the intersection of technology, creativity, and strategy. Our goal is ambitious: to ensure we have the right products on stock at the right time and at the right location all year long.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and build a state-of-the-art ML platform architecture that ensures high availability, security, and modularity, incorporating the best practices in MLOps.
• Work closely with data scientists, ML engineers, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into effective platform features.
• Lead the implementation of the ML platform, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and support for the full ML lifecycle, including data ingestion, model training, evaluation, and deployment.
• Monitor industry trends and advancements in MLOps and AI technologies to continually enhance the platform.
• Ensure the platform adheres to the highest standards of data security and privacy, complying with relevant regulations and best practices.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Master's degree or Ph.D. in Data Science, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Data Scientist or Machine Learning Engineer.
• Proven hands-on experience in designing and building ML platforms, with a deep understanding of MLOps principles and cloud technologies.
• Strong background in software engineering, cloud architectures (AWS, GCP, Azure), containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), and ML tools (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
