Marketing & Communications Specialist (m/f/o)
Slovenia

Responsibilities:

• Support of all marketing & communications agendas for our Accounts and Partners in the South East region (Retail/Wholesale/E-com)
• Conception and implementation of marketing & communications activities in close cooperation with the sales and marketing departments of the corporate headquarters in Denmark
• Collaboration in the planning, development and implementation of our communication strategies for the various internal and external channels
• Implementation of content plans for all channels in areas such as corporate development & performance, new business, digitalization & innovation, sustainability, employer branding
• Ongoing preparation of brand content for our retail shops and partners in the region
• Creation of (online) marketing materials for key accounts  & retail shops (banners, social media layouts, POS material, brandshops ...)
• Execution & planning of campaigns together with our key accounts
• Support & consult with the marketing strategy of our retail partners
• Support market analyses (trend, competition, potential, etc.)
• Close cross-departmental collaboration with all responsible parties

Qualifications:

• University degree with further education, specialization in marketing is preferred
• First relevant work experience, ideally in the fashion or lifestyle sector
• Social skills and excellent communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and hands-on mentality
• Holistic approach and proactive, creative personality
• Highly proficient in both spoken and written Slovenian and English
• Very good IT skills, including the MS Office package
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and InDesign
• Traveltime around 20-25% (Slovenia, Austria, etc.)
