Together, we will work collaboratively across offices in Denmark, France, Spain, Italy and Portugal, to ensure that tax compliance and reporting requirements align with the Hub policies and industry best practices.

So, are you ready to unleash your energy and inspiration in the role of Tax & External Reporting Specialist for the South Hub?

Tax Compliance
•    Stay up to date with tax laws and regulations in South European countries and ensure the company's compliance with these requirements.
•    Responsible for accurate and timely tax filings, in collaboration with external providers, ensuring all necessary supporting documentation is provided.
•    Assist in tax planning and analysis to minimize the company's tax liabilities and optimize tax benefits.
•    Manage tax audits for the countries of the South Hub, supported by external advisors and/ or Group Tax, as required.
•    Collaborate with internal departments and external advisors to resolve tax issues and inquiries.
•    Conduct financial analysis to support tax planning.
•    In close collaboration with the Group Tax Team, lead tax training and development sessions. Analyze tax implications and financial risks associated with business decisions and provide recommendations.
•    Monitor and analyze changes in tax laws and regulations, assess their impact on the company, and propose necessary adjustments to maintain compliance.

 

External Reporting
•    Prepare financial statements and reports in compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
•    Ensure accurate and timely submission of external reports to regulatory bodies, such as tax authorities, statistical offices, and other relevant organizations.
•    Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and provide necessary documentation to auditors during external audits.
•    Collaborate with the internal audit team to ensure compliance with internal control procedures and identify areas for improvement.
•    Support the resolution of audit findings related to tax and external reporting matters.

Who are you 
•    Bachelor´s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
•    Strong knowledge of tax regulations and accounting principles, particularly in the South European region.
•    Curious mindset and adaptative to changes.
•    Fluent in written and spoken in English.
•    Prior experience in tax compliance and external reporting roles.
•    Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting tools.
•    Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
•    Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
•    Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
•    Knowledge of ERP systems and tax software is a plus.
•    High interest in Automation and AI advantage
