We are looking for a Country Sales & Product Responsible to play a key role in accelerating ONLY’s growth journey in our Southern markets.

You will join the Division South sales team in ONLY – part of our international Brick & Mortar organization with colleagues across markets.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
As Country Sales & Product Responsible, you are responsible for the commercial performance of your markets. Your focus is to drive growth by ensuring strong sales execution, ensure that the right products reach the right customers at the right time, and that opportunities are identified and acted on quickly. In this role, you combine sales leadership with product responsibility, translating market insights into concrete actions that drive growth.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive sales performance across your markets in close collaboration with your team
- Act as the key sparring partner for Sales Managers and representatives – pushing performance and execution
- Lead and develop Top 10 Key Accounts through ambitious growth plans
- Drive collection meetings and execute sales activities and market initiatives
- Take joint ownership of product selection – ensuring strong and relevant products to cover your market’s needs
- Translate market insights into concrete actions
- Monitor sales and product performance and act quickly on opportunities while continuously developing the sales teams

YOUR PROFILE
We are looking for a sales-driven profile who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes full ownership of both tasks and results. You combine analytical thinking with execution power, and you naturally build strong relationships across the organization. You are proactive, take initiative, and challenge the status quo – and you don’t accept “no” as a final answer when you see an opportunity. We imagine that you:
- Have experience from a similar commercial role
- Have a strong interest in fashion, product, and sales
- Are driven by performance and motivated by achieving ambitious targets
- Build strong relationships and influence stakeholders across markets
- Speak fluent English (Italian, Spanish, or Portuguese is a plus)
- Have solid skills in Microsoft Office
