ONLY BRAND HOUSE is looking for a Material Sourcing Specialist with deep textile expertise and a strong commercial mindset. This is a key specialist role where you will drive fabric development, supplier strategy, and sourcing decisions across the BESTSELLER organization. 

YOUR ROLE IN ONLY’S SOURCING SETUP
As our Material Sourcing Specialist, you are the go-to expert on fabrics within ONLY BRAND HOUSE. You will be working at the core of our sourcing setup, collaborating closely with Buying, Design and Sourcing, while building a strong network of stakeholders across ONLY BRAND HOUSE and BESTSELLER, as well as with external fabric suppliers.  
You will operate both strategically and hands-on – influencing key sourcing decisions while ensuring strong execution in supplier collaboration, negotiations and material development.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Identifying, developing and optimizing our fabric portfolio
• Driving fabric and material development projects across ONLY BRAND HOUSE
• Building and strengthening long-term partnerships with fabric suppliers
• Leading negotiations on price, quality and terms to ensure competitive solutions
• Contributing to sourcing strategy in close collaboration with BESTSELLER’s global sourcing organization
• Developing and maintaining structured material libraries and knowledge sharing across teams  

This role combines technical textile expertise with commercial impact and cross-functional collaboration.

YOUR PROFILE
You are a textile specialist with a strong sourcing mindset and a solid understanding of the commercial impact of material choices. You combine technical fabric knowledge with business acumen and thrive in a role where you influence both strategy and execution. You work independently, take ownership and confidently navigate across stakeholders and functions. We expect that you:

• Bring a minimum of 5 years’ experience within the textile industry
• Have strong experience in fabric sourcing, material development and buying
• Have a strong understanding of sourcing, supplier management and supply chain
• Solid analytical and negotiation skills
• Possess excellent communication and collaboration skills
