We are looking for an administrative sales support for a versatile role within our CBO (cross border online) team in PIECES.

You will be part of our sales team consisting of committed colleagues who are all passionate about ensuring PIECES’s continues growth - whilst having fun at the same time. PIECES has a flat organization, and we work closely together with all functions across the brand - especially marketing, buying and design.

At PIECES, we will make sure that you get off to a good start and develop both personally and professionally. 

A WORKING DAY WITH EXCITING SALES TASKS AND DEDICATED COLLEAGUES
Working as a support function in Denmark whilst working alongside our British and German based teams as well as many other stakeholders across the business you will help ensure smooth processes and procedures to ensure optimal stock flow from ‘order entry’ through to stock arriving with our Customers. 

Your tasks will among others include: 

  • Administrative support to the sales team (entering PO’s and Orders)
  • Handling orders and following up on order and stock situation
  • Photo Sample handling
  • Setting up product assortments
  • Arranging stock bookings and resolving stock issues
  • Completing weekly stock updates
  • Providing assistance at sales events
  • Steaming & labelling the Collection

It is important that you are motivated by developing relations and contributing actively to achieve a great cooperation – internally as well as externally. You have a high service mindset, and it comes naturally to you to give your extra contribution, if there is a need from the business.

You have a strong attention to detail and a strong commitment to getting the job done effectively and efficiently. You thrive in an administrative role that will challenge your ability to create structure and take responsibility - so it is important that you are not afraid to take initiative.

To be considered for the position, you have:

  • Experience from a similar position
  • English and Danish language skills; both written and oral
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
