As part of a new initiative in BESTSELLER, we are looking for a 3D Pattern Designer to join our team and take our digital ambitions to the next level. With your technical expertise and keen eye for the perfect fit, you will play a key role in developing sample-free womenswear styles where fit and quality are top-notch.

YOUR ROLE
Your main focus will be developing and adjusting fits, master patterns, and design details entirely in CLO3D. You will play a key role in creating express drops with our designer and buyer while collaborating with international suppliers to ensure consistent fit, quality, and size standards. Working across various womenswear product groups, you will also help standardize basic shapes and measurements in our 3D libraries and modular design.

Your responsibilities include:

• Measuring, fitting, and approving 3D samples for production.
• Preparing measurement charts, grading, and providing fit comments.
• Maintaining size consistency across our product range.
• Supporting 3D suppliers in improving fit quality.
• Developing 3D pattern libraries and making adjustments.
• Contributing to design and product development.
• Visiting suppliers to enhance collaboration and workflows.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a relevant education as a Pattern Designer/Pattern Maker with strong technical expertise.
• Is comfortable with working in CLO3D, especially within pattern making and fitting functions. 
• Has industry experience working with patterns and garment construction.
• Is proficient in English and has strong numerical and IT skills.
