We are looking for a Tech Analyst to help us build great material management solutions for the buyers and suppliers within BESTSELLER. We do this by balancing and supporting demands from our business, understanding, and challenging complex processes and introducing modern technology and new ways of working. 

YOUR TEAM
You will join a cross-cultural team of highly skilled colleagues who are curious and always searching for new ways of creating value. The team consist of Product Owners, a Scrum Master and the development team of analysts, developers and a designer. With us, you will experience an informal tone, and even though we sit in Malaga, Brande and Aarhus, we connect virtually and psychically as much as possible. 

YOUR ROLE
As our Tech Analyst, you interact with the team, the product owners, and the business to gather, understand, and translate requirements into solutions and optimizations of business processes. In our team, we own the products we build, and you will – together with the rest of the team – be responsible for the successful implementation of the solutions. 

More specifically, your tasks include:

• Supporting and leading various projects, incl. stakeholder management, documentation, and facilitation 
• Identifying data needs based on business needs and identifying business needs based on data 
• Supporting the business in the implementation and realization of solutions 
• Participating in team events as required per our agile setup 
• Staying up-to-date on current business initiatives, technology trends and best practices within the product development and buying field 

YOUR PROFILE 
We are looking for a team player who can work independently and maintain focus despite changing demands. You work in a structured and determined manner, meeting deadlines with a focus on quality. You contribute constructively to team discussions, enjoy finding creative solutions to complex challenges, and take an analytical and data-driven approach to problem-solving. Finally, having an outgoing mindset will help you build relations and communicate with colleagues across brands, functions, and organisational levels - and ultimately succeed in the position.  

The Material Tech team is looking for an analyst, with: 

• The ability to understand and communicate complex flows  
• A positive and proactive mindset and an eagerness to learn 
• An ability to stay focused despite changing demands and deadlines. 

In addition, we’re looking for the following specific qualifications: 

• Relevant degree, e.g. within supply chain, engineering, or information technology  
• Experience with analysis of data using SQL, Excel, and/or PowerBI 
• A solid understanding of business processes within supply chain 
• Experience being a part of software development 
• Fluent in written and spoken English – any Danish skills are considered an advantage, but not a requirement.  

WORK LOCATION 
Aarhus, Denmark.
