Do you have a passion for fast processes, data-driven development, and agile sourcing? Are you motivated by working in a dynamic setup where speed and collaboration define the way forward? Then you might be the one we’re looking for.

At BESTSELLER, we are developing a new, fully digital brand that thrives on staying ahead of the trends, releasing styles weekly, based on fast developments and accelerated sourcing. This is an exciting opportunity to join a lean, forward-thinking team creating fashion for the now — built entirely without traditional sampling or showrooms.

ABOUT THE TEAM
You’ll become part of a small and ambitious team, building a new brand from scratch – where we disrupt the traditional way of designing and buying seasonal products. We work in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment where flexibility, ownership, and creative problem-solving are key. We aim to rethink how fashion is developed, and you’ll play an essential role in making that happen. In this role, you’ll work closely with our 3D Product Developer and 3D Pattern Designer to co-develop the drops.

YOUR ROLE
This is not a traditional buying role. We don’t work in seasonal timelines or static collections. Instead, we launch weekly drops, driven by trend data, commercial insights, and supplier collaboration. The key to success in this role lies in your ability to move fast, maintain a clear overview, and work closely with a digital product development setup.

As a buyer, your main responsibility is to connect product development with our fabric suppliers and factories, where speed, consumption and availability are first priority.

Here is a glimpse into your responsibilities:

  • Managing day-to-day communication with key suppliers
  • Securing short lead times and weekly deliveries
  • Staying updated on fabric availability and material developments across suppliers
  • Supporting the drop planning process with input on timing, pricing, and sourcing feasibility
  • Driving price negotiations based on cost sheets from Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers
  • Monitoring product performance and aligning sourcing strategy with data insights
  • Contributing actively to building our agile, digital-first workflows
  • Travel and visiting our suppliers frequently worldwide

WHAT WE OFFER

  • A truly unique opportunity to become part of an ambitious and exciting journey from the very beginning
  • A strong and social team with room to grow. We prioritize your development both personally and professionally
  • A workplace with a startup mindset, where honesty, feedback and collaboration come first

WHAT YOU BRING
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a high-paced, collaborative environment and enjoys working hands-on with sourcing and supplier relations, while working close with product development. You are structured, solutions-focused, and not afraid to think differently and optimize.

We imagine you bring:

  • Experience as a Buyer or Junior Buyer in fashion – ideally with short-lead or express production
  • A pragmatic and proactive approach to sourcing and supplier management
  • A commercial understanding of how to balance speed, margin, and product quality
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken

WE LOOK FORWARD TO HEARING FROM YOU
If you have questions about the position, feel free to contact Rine Wager Bock at +45 52 15 15 69. Otherwise, please send your application and CV as soon as possible, and no later than the 21st of May 2025. We evaluate applications on an ongoing basis and reserve the right to close the ad once we’ve found the right match.
