YOUR TEAM
You’ll join BESTSELLER Tech BoM — a cross-functional SCRUM team where we take full ownership of the solutions we build.
We’re a team of 10 colleagues across Malaga, Brande and Aarhus, working closely together despite the distance. Work closely with a Product Owner, Digital Designer and Analysts — and turn ideas into real solutions.
We stay connected — virtually and in person — because strong collaboration is how we move forward.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
In this role, you will turn business needs into concrete solutions. You connect the dots between people, processes and technology — and make things move.
More specifically, you will:

• Act as the link between business and tech — ensuring shared understanding and direction
• Define problem statements, scope and business cases clearly
• Drive projects forward — independently and together with the team
• Support development through insights, testing and continuous feedback
• Challenge solutions and explore better ways of working 
• Contribute to implementing solutions that create real value for our users

YOUR PROFILE
You’re curious by nature and motivated by understanding how things work — and how they can work better.
We imagine that you:

• Have a relevant academic background (e.g. IT, engineering, business or similar)
• Work in a structured and analytical way
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders across different levels
• Take initiative of your tasks and projects
• Enjoy exploring systems, data and processes
• Are fluent in English (Danish is a plus)

WORK LOCATION
Work from Aarhus or Brande — and connect with teammates across Malaga and beyond.
We keep it flexible. Some days you’re in the office, some days you’re not. What matters is that you take ownership, stay connected and get things done.
