YOUR TEAM
You will join a self-organized, agile team managing all aspects of our IT Security. Together we own and develop the platforms, processes and capabilities that support security operations across BESTSELLER. Beyond your team, you will also work closely with an external partner and collaborate with colleagues working on all aspects of BESTSELLER’s Enterprise IT setup. Your colleagues are primarily based in Denmark and Spain, but you will also collaborate with colleagues around the globe. We share a passion for cutting-edge technologies, strong performance, and simple solutions that keep the end-user in mind.  We have a hybrid workplace, so your daily work will be carried out either from one of our offices (Brande or Aarhus in Denmark, or Málaga in Spain) combined with online from where you are.  

YOUR JOB
Together with highly skilled colleagues, you will shape and drive BESTSELLER’s IT Security. Your primary responsibility will be to build, maintain and continuously improve BESTSELLER's security platforms. Working with technologies such as Trend Vision One and Tenable, you will ensure our security capabilities evolve alongside the needs of the business.  In this role, you will also help identify, assess, and respond to security incidents. You will use your understanding of IT infrastructure and threat actor behaviour to support the team in containing incidents, reducing impact, and helping remove the threat effectively.

As part of the team, you will: 

• Run, maintain, and develop our setup in Trend Vision One and Tenable.
• Build and maintain integrations between security platforms  
• Improve detections, automation and operational processes
• Support implementation of new security capabilities and technologies
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure the IT Security setup aligns with the business needs of the organization.

YOUR PROFILE
You bring experience with an endpoint protection platform. Preferable knowledge of the Trend Vision One and Tennable, but knowledge of other endpoint protection platforms is also of value. You enjoy sharing knowledge, inspiring and supporting your colleagues in their work. You keep calm when you work under pressure, and you thrive in a role where you collaborate closely with colleagues of different backgrounds and nationalities across BESTSLLSER’s many business functions and internally in BESTSELLER TECH.  

In addition to that, we are looking for the following qualifications: 

• A self-taught wizard or a degree in computer science, engineering or similar  
• Experience with vulnerability management, EPP and XDR
• Knowledge of AI security, Zero Trust, Guardrails and Least Privilege
• A mindset of innovation and development
• Knowledge of AD and EntraID
• Experience with stakeholder management
• Experience with security incident response and threat analysis 
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
