Do you want to turn people insights into real business impact? Do you enjoy telling the story behind the numbers? If you’re ready to challenge leaders and help shape the future of people analytics at BESTSELLER, this is the perfect opportunity.
And as our new HR Business Analyst, you’ll play a key role in transforming data into decisions, partnering with leaders, uncovering patterns, and shaping how we work with analytics going forward.
YOUR TEAM
You’ll join our Rewards & Analytics department in BESTSELLER PEOPLE (HR) – a tight-knit group supporting the business with compensation, salary processes, HR service and compliance. We work closely together, we help each other when things get busy, and we care about creating impact through insights.
You’ll be our dedicated analytics profile. The one who turns people data into insights, sparring and direction. While your colleagues focus on Legal & Rewards and operational HR, you’ll take the lead on the analytical agenda and help shape what people analytics looks like here.
YOUR ROLE
As our new HR Business Analyst, you’ll turn people data into insight, direction and better decisions. You’ll balance hands-on reporting with business partnering – and help shape how we work with analytics going forward. You’ll take ownership of:
- Analysing key people data such as sickness, turnover, salary and workforce trends
- Building and maintaining clear reports and dashboards leaders can act on
- Sparring with brands, functions and countries and challenging them on their people KPIs
- Spotting patterns and proactively reaching out with findings and improvement ideas
- Developing our analytics setup, including supporting global initiatives and SuccessFactors work
- Taking on ad hoc tasks from your manager and senior stakeholders, giving you broad exposure and insight into strategic priorities across PEOPLE and the wider business.
In short: you’ll be the one who brings the story behind our people data to life and uses it to move the business forward.
YOUR BENEFITS
In this role, you’ll get to shape how we use people insights and the chance to grow with the responsibility. You’ll work closely with leaders across the business and become the go-to voice for analytics in our team. You can look forward to:
- Influencing the future of people analytics and turning data into decisions across brands, functions and countries.
- Visibility and responsibility from day one as the team’s dedicated analytics specialist and sparring partner to senior leaders.
- A supportive and down-to-earth team culture where you can test ideas, take ownership and make a real impact.
YOUR PROFILE
You’re a curious, proactive and confident analyst with several years of experience in working with HR data or similar business insights. You enjoy digging into trends, asking the right questions and turning insights into action. You’re comfortable sparring with leaders, challenging assumptions and connecting numbers with strategy — and you thrive in a role where you can take ownership and help shape the way forward. We imagine that you bring:
- 3+ years of experience within HR reporting, business analytics or a related insight-driven role.
- Advanced Excel skills and the ability to build clear, structured analyses.
- Strong PowerPoint skills and the ability to tell a story across a wider group of stakeholders.
- Experience with dashboards or reporting tools (SuccessFactors or SAP is a plus, but not a must).
- Strong communication skills in English and the confidence to challenge and advise leaders.
WE LOOK FORWARD TO HEARING FROM YOU
