Do you want to drive business performance through people data? Are you motivated by linking workforce insights to productivity, efficiency and real business outcomes? Are you ready to challenge senior leadership and shape how BESTSELLER works with performance and organisation?

Then here’s an opportunity you don’t want to miss.

This is not just a reporting role. You will play a key role in shaping how we work with people analytics and are expected to take ownership, challenge the business and drive the agenda forward.

YOUR TEAM
You’ll join the Operations department in BESTSELLER PEOPLE (HR) – a team supporting the business with compensation, salary processes, HR services and compliance. We work closely together, we help each other when things get busy, and we care about creating real impact through insights.
You will take on a central role in strengthening how PEOPLE contributes to business performance. While your colleagues focus on Legal, Rewards and operations, you will own and drive the people analytics agenda and influence business decisions across our global organisation.

YOUR ROLE
As our new People Analytics Partner, you will be responsible for connecting people data with business performance – and for turning insights into action. You will:

  • Drive analysis of workforce performance across brands, markets and functions – including turnover, productivity and cost development.
  • Own and develop reporting on key metrics such as turnover and EBIT per FTE.
  • Translate data into clear business insights and recommendations.
  • Challenge leaders on organisational effectiveness, cost levels and performance.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Build and develop dashboards and reporting (e.g. Power BI) that enable better decisions.
  • Act as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders across brands, markets and functions.

MAKE YOUR IMPACT
In this role, you’ll work at the intersection of people and business performance with real ownership and visibility from day one. You can look forward to:

  • Driving real business impact by creating transparency on performance, productivity and how we organise to succeed.
  • High exposure to senior leadership and involvement in strategic priorities across brands, markets and functions.
  • Ownership of an agenda that matters with the opportunity to leave a significant mark on how we work with people analytics.
  • A collaborative and down-to-earth team culture where ideas turn into action and you’re trusted to take the lead.

YOUR PROFILE
You are a business-driven analyst who is motivated by impact – not just insights. You are comfortable challenging stakeholders, and you naturally connect data with performance, cost and value creation.

We imagine that you bring:

  • 3–6 years of experience within analytics, business controlling, consulting or a similar performance-driven role.
  • Strong business understanding and experience working with KPIs, performance and cost structures.
  • The ability to independently drive analyses and stakeholder dialogue.
  • Experience with tools such as Excel and Power BI (or similar BI tools).
  • Strong communication skills and the confidence to challenge and influence senior leaders.
  • A natural curiosity for how organisations perform – and how they can become more efficient.

Experience with HR data or systems (e.g. SuccessFactors or SAP) is a plus, but not a requirement.

WE LOOK FORWARD TO HEARING FROM YOU
If you have any questions about the position, feel free to contact Lennart Larsen, Head of PEOPLE Operations at +45 60 34 06 65. Otherwise, send us your application as soon as possible and no later than 8 May 2026.
