Are you ready to lead BESTSELLER’s Treasury & Cash Management function and take ownership of liquidity, funding and FX management across an international organisation?

As Treasury Manager, you will combine people leadership with hands-on responsibility for cash flow forecasting, banking relations and financial risk management. Working closely with Finance and other stakeholders, you will ensure a strong and scalable treasury setup that supports our continued growth.

YOUR TEAM
You will join our BESTSELLER Treasury & Cash Management team – a team of four specialised colleagues responsible for managing BESTSELLER’s liquidity, funding, currency exposure, cash management and trade finance. We are an engaged and ambitious team that works closely together and supports each other in our daily tasks. YOUR ROLE
You will lead our BESTSELLER Treasury & Cash Management team of four specialised colleagues. Your primary focus will be to drive team development, set clear direction and ensure strong collaboration and performance across the function. At the same time, you will ensure that all treasury activities are delivered with high quality and precision. Your responsibilities will be shaped by your experience and strengths while covering the full scope of the function.

More specifically, your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Manage daily liquidity and cash positioning across the group
• Lead and develop short‑term and long‑term cash flow forecasting
• Oversee bank account structures, documentation, and KYC processes
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with banking partners
• Manage FX strategies, hedging activities, and exposure reporting

YOUR PROFILE
You are a confident and motivating leader who communicates clearly and builds strong relationships across organisational levels and borders. You create engagement and trust within your team and combine a structured, analytical mindset with a proactive approach. You are comfortable making decisions, setting clear priorities and ensuring follow-through, while contributing positively to both collaboration and performance.

Furthermore, we expect that you have:

• Relevant education, e.g. MSc. Finance, Finance and International Business, Economics or similar
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with complex data
• Experience from a finance function in a larger organisation or from the banking sector
• Fluent in English – both spoken and written.

LOCATION
You will primarily work from our office in Aarhus, with occasional days at our headquarters in Brande.
