YOUR TEAM
Our AI Fashion Solutions department is at the forefront of developing state-of-the-art AI solutions for some of BESTSELLER’s most strategically important projects. Across our teams, we work on a variety of projects ranging from demand planning to recommendations. Our work has a high focus on delivering value to our brands and we are working in a hypothesis-driven manner to always test out ideas and directly measure the impact of our solutions.  

YOUR JOB
As our new Data Scientist, you’ll be part of shaping AI-powered experiences across BESTSELLER’s wholesale landscape.   

Your key responsibilities will include:   

• Developing and implementing advanced machine learning models for fashion recommendations, demand forecasting or logistics optimisation solutions. 
• Analysing large datasets to extract meaningful insights and inform business strategies. 
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and deliver effective AI solutions. 
• Continuously researching and staying updated on the latest AI and machine learning technologies relevant to fashion recommendations. 
• Presenting complex data and results in a clear and understandable manner to stakeholders.

YOUR PROFILE
If you’re passionate about creating value from machine learning applications, we’d love to hear from you. We're looking for someone with strong communications skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and great attention to details.   

Other qualifications to succeed in the role is:

• A master’s degree or Ph.D. in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics or a related field. 
• 2-4 years of experience as a Data Scientist or Machine Learning Engineer. 
• Proven experience in machine learning, predictive modelling, and data analysis. 
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience in Databricks. 
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
