YOUR TEAM
You'll join our dynamic Merchandising Solutions department, comprising over 20 highly skilled professionals, including data scientists, software engineers, and application developers. Our team thrives on collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning, united by a mission to deliver state-of-the-art analytics and AI solutions that empower BESTSELLER's global operations. Your primary workplace will be at our vibrant office in Aarhus.
YOUR NEW ROLE
As a Platform Engineer, you'll contribute to maintaining and enhancing our cloud infrastructure, automated deployment pipelines, and operational workflows. Your role will be essential in providing developers and data scientists with reliable, secure, and efficient infrastructure resources.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS) using infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Helm, Kubernetes).
- Enhancing and supporting CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and modern tooling.
- Implementing and managing monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions (Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack) to ensure system reliability and performance.
- Contributing to infrastructure security practices to adhere to industry standards.
- Collaborating with backend, frontend, and data engineering teams to improve workflows and streamline development cycles.

YOUR PROFILE
You’re a motivated Platform or DevOps Engineer with a clear vision for effective DevOps practices, driven by a passion for automation, reliable infrastructure, and high-performing systems – always looking for smarter ways to streamline and improve processes. You excel in collaborative, agile environments and possess strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Who are you?
- You have experience as a DevOps or Platform Engineer, ideally with prior experience as a software developer or closely related role.
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- You are curious and proactively stay informed about emerging technologies and trends.
- You enjoy navigating complex systems and quickly adapting to new challenges.
- You show initiative, take responsibility, and actively contribute to building a positive team culture.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
