JOIN OUR GLOBAL SYSTEMS TEAM
You will become part of BESTSELLER’s Global Systems team, a group of six colleagues dedicated to managing and developing our global HR solutions. We are part of the PEOPLE (HR) organisation and responsible for all HR systems, integrations, and master data.
Our HRIS landscape is built on SAP SuccessFactors, which is fully implemented and integrated with adjacent systems. With a stable setup in place, our focus has shifted towards process refinement, data accuracy, and reporting excellence – and that’s where you come in.
You’ll work closely with colleagues across markets – from Uruguay to China – and partner with both IT and local HR teams to make our systems work seamlessly in daily operations.
YOUR ROLE
You will be part of the daily operations and ongoing improvement of our global HRIS landscape. Your key responsibilities will include:
Operational support & issue resolution
You will support users across the organisation who submit cases through our global HRIS ticketing system. Your tasks will range from resolving simple system issues to investigating more complex challenges in collaboration with your team and IT.
Reporting & analytics support
You will act as a superuser of the SuccessFactors reporting module, supporting the organisation with on-demand reports and helping users navigate and utilise our reporting tools. You will be the go-to person for ad-hoc data requests and contribute to building data competence across the business.
Data quality & governance
You will help ensure our HR master data is accurate, complete, and consistently maintained across systems. This includes collaborating with our global network of superusers to define data standards and follow up on data quality issues.
YOUR PROFILE
You are analytical, curious, and service-minded – and you enjoy turning data and systems into business value. You could have one or more of the following:
- Experience from a similar HRIS role
- Familiar with SAP SuccessFactors or a similar enterprise HR system
- A structured approach and a strong eye for data accuracy
- Communicate fluently in English (written and spoken).
