You’ll be joining a dedicated team of professionals responsible for managing the risk framework and BESTSELLER’s international insurance program. We combine analytical expertise with a business-oriented approach to deliver outstanding results in collaboration with our global organisation.

THE ROLE
In this role, you’ll contribute to critical aspects of enterprise risk management, insurance strategy, and risk analysis for a global fashion company.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Manage and optimise BESTSELLER’s risk and insurance programmes, including global insurance tender processes.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to implement strategic risk solutions.
- Provide insights to support business decisions.
- Mentor and support colleagues, depending on your experience.
- Analyse risk factors, insurance policies, and claims data to provide actionable insights.
- Assist in streamlining insurance documentation and ensuring compliance.
- Contribute to and execute key risk management initiatives and strategies.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience within insurance and risk is a benefit.
- Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Law, Engineering, or related fields. Alternatively, relevant insurance education (FOAK Level 4 or equivalent).
- Sound IT skills with proficiency in the Microsoft Office toolbox.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
