YOUR TEAM 
You will be part of the TECH Replenishment team – a cross-functional product team consisting of developers, analysts, a Product Owner, and a Scrum Master. Together, we take full ownership of the digital solutions that automate and optimize how products are replenished to stores and customers across Europe. 
We work closely with business stakeholders and other tech teams, and we care deeply about collaboration, stability, and turning complexity into clarity. We make decisions fast, we learn as we go, and we always have each other’s backs. 

YOUR ROLE 
As our new Business Analyst, you will help bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will work closely with the Product Owner, developers, and key stakeholders to understand challenges, clarify priorities, and support the development of high-impact features and improvements. 

More specifically, your tasks include: 

• Acting as a link between business and tech – ensuring mutual understanding and shared goals 
• Translating complex business processes into clear problem definitions and solution ideas 
• Supporting the team with ongoing optimisation, enhancements, and new features 
• Driving smaller projects and contributing to team planning and prioritisation 
• Helping ensure our systems support both stability and innovation in a complex domain. 

YOUR PROFILE 
You might be early in your career or come from a different background – what matters is your mindset. You’re structured, curious, and motivated by working in the intersection between people, data and systems. No technical background needed – we’ll help you learn what you need. 
You enjoy digging into processes and asking questions until things make sense. You’re comfortable with complexity and eager to learn – and you value being part of a team where we lift each other up and move forward together. 

Furthermore, you have the following qualifications: 

• A relevant academic background (e.g. IT, engineering, logistics, business, or similar) 
• A structured mindset and strong analytical thinking 
• A natural curiosity for systems, data, and how things work under the hood 
• Motivation to learn and develop your tech understanding in a supportive environment 
• Confidence in stakeholder dialogue – or a willingness to grow into it 
• Fluency in English – Danish is a plus, not a requirement. 

We don’t expect you to know everything from day one – you’ll get close sparring and support from experienced colleagues on both the tech and business side.
