Lead Two Teams and Drive Data Excellence to empower BESTSELLERs competitiveness.   

At BESTSELLER, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our Master Data strategy, enhancing business performance, and making a tangible impact on our organisation’s growth. 

YOUR TEAM  
You will join the leadership team in Data & Analytics together with 3 highly dedicated managers referring directly to the Head of Data & Analytics. In this role, you will be leading two teams with 14 talented colleagues. Our team is committed to advancing our master data journey, focusing on seamless processes that drive business success. Collaboration is key and you will work closely with colleagues across our brands, markets, and BESTSELLER TECH. The two teams you will lead are:  

  • Master Data 360: Who ensures that master data processes support market expansion and the efficient management of the markets. The team oversees the management of master data for employees, customers, vendors, and locations, ensuring its accuracy, consistency, and accessibility across the organisation for operational and analytical purposes.  
  • Master Data Style: Who supports and govern the end-to-end flow of our product data, from style creation through product information management (PIM) to publishing on store fronts. The team ensures adherence to best practices and quality standards to ensure availability of our products on our sales channels.  

YOUR IMPACT  
As Master Data Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting data-driven growth by ensuring high-quality data and streamlined processes that empower brands, markets, and core functions across the BESTSELLER value chain.  

  • Lead & develop your team: Inspire and motivate your team, fostering an environment of growth and excellence.   
  • Collaborate with stakeholders: Work closely with various teams across the organisation, including IT, operations, and business units, to ensure Master Data and processes meets the needs of the business and supports strategic objectives.   
  • Drive continuous improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and accuracy within Master Data processes.   
  • Foster a Data-Driven culture: Promote a culture of data quality and consistency, ensuring all teams recognize the strategic importance of accurate and structured data.   

YOUR PROFILE  
You are an outgoing, relation-oriented leader with a passion for data-driven business processes. You excel in managing partnerships across different functions and engaging with stakeholders at all levels—from senior management to operational specialists. Your strategic mindset enables you to translate complex data processes into tangible business outcomes.  

Qualifications:  

  • Proven experience in leading teams, driving improvements, and implementing innovative solutions aligned with technical goals  
  • Experience working with software development in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.  
  • Great communication and collaboration skills, where you effectively can articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.  
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Danish is an advantage.  
  • Understanding of Data Management practices and working with Data in Microsoft, AWS, GCP or SAP  is a plus

WORKING CONDITIONS  

  • Location: Aarhus or Amsterdam with occasional days in Brande.  
  • Travel: 15-30 travel days annually
