YOUR TEAM 
BESTSELLER’s E-commerce is a large department located in both Aarhus and Amsterdam – we support all BESTSELLER brands in growing and optimizing their E-commerce activities. You’ll join our Digital Marketing Team, consisting of 15 passionate and skilled colleagues located in Aarhus, in a dynamic and international environment.

YOUR ROLE 
As our new Paid Social Specialist, you will have the exciting opportunity to educate our brands in paid social strategies, maximize the impact and reach of our paid social ads, and contribute to driving exponential growth across all social platforms. You will have the following responsibilities: 

  • Collaborate with our brands to develop effective paid social strategies across platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat and Pinterest 
  • Maximize the impact of Paid Social through strategic planning, strong targeting, and commercial understanding 
  • Drive exponential growth by implementing innovative and strategies for testing and experimentation 
  • Drive commercial collaboration with META, TikTok etc. 
  • Analyse and report on the performance of paid social campaigns, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement. 

YOUR PROFILE

You are analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about analyzing data to drive solutions through well-thought-out tests. To succeed in this role, you possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal, allowing you to effectively convey ideas, strategies, and results to stakeholders at all levels.

We are also looking for the following requirements: 

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in managing paid social campaigns, preferably within the fashion or retail industry. 
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and advertising tools, including Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads Manager, Pinterest Ads Manager. 
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with internal teams and brand managers, driving alignment and achieving marketing objectives.
