YOUR TEAM
The AI Fashion Recommendations team is at the forefront of using artificial intelligence to deliver personalized shopping experiences across BESTSELLER’s digital sales platforms. As a newly established team, you will have the opportunity to help build and shape it from the ground up. Based in Aarhus, the team will consist of a diverse group of data scientists, engineers, and data analysts.
The team will be working closely across departments, to develop recommendation systems that enhance product discovery and customer engagement for our wholesale customers. You will also collaborate with other AI teams within BESTSELLER TECH to ensure a seamless and data-driven approach to fashion wholesale and retail.

YOUR ROLE
In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing AI-powered recommendation systems that personalize the fashion journey for our customers. Beyond delivering innovative solutions, you will contribute to forming, hiring, and shaping the team. Together, you will drive growth and innovation within BESTSELLER, setting new standards in the fashion industry. 
As a Product Owner, you will:

• Define and execute the product vision for AI-driven fashion recommendations, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
• Prioritize and manage the product backlog, balancing short-term wins with long-term strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, digital commerce specialist, and business stakeholders, to deliver high-impact AI solutions.
• Analyse data and user behaviour to optimize recommendation algorithms and improve customer engagement.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging AI technologies, ensuring our recommendation systems remain cutting-edge and competitive.

YOUR PROFILE 
We’re looking for a strategic and tech-savvy individual with a passion for AI-driven solutions and the ability to translate complex AI concepts into actionable business solutions. You should be highly organized, with excellent time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities effectively. Additionally, your strong communication skills will help you connect technical teams with business stakeholders seamlessly. 
Combined with the following skillset, it is you we want in our team:

• Proven project management experience, ideally within AI, data science, or e-commerce.
• Strong understanding of recommendation systems, personalization engines, or data-driven product development.
• Expertise in data analysis and proficiency in using tools such as Python, R, SQL or PowerBI to derive actionable insights.
• Ideally you have prior experience with B2C or B2B sales within the fashion industry.
