As our new Recruitment Specialist, you will play a key role in finding and attracting great talent for our brands and functions in Aarhus while one of our valued colleagues is on parental leave.

YOUR TEAM
You will become part of BESTSELLER’s central Talent Acquisition team, located within our PEOPLE department in Denmark. We are a well-connected team of eight curious and motivated recruitment enthusiasts who collaborate closely across brands and functions to attract and onboard the right people.

THE JOB
You will play a key role in attracting and hiring top talent for our office positions in Denmark – mainly for our brands VERO MODA, PIECES, Y.A.S and our Finance organisation, all located in Aarhus.
Your work will span the entire recruitment journey, from understanding the business needs to finding and engaging the right candidates. You will:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes
• Write and post job ads that truly reflect the brands and teams behind them
• Screen and evaluate candidates through SuccessFactors
• Conduct interviews and provide feedback using e-stimate and GIA
• Source proactively through LinkedIn Recruiter and Talent Pools
• Act as a trusted sparring partner for hiring managers, ensuring a strong candidate experience

YOUR PROFILE
You bring a solid recruitment foundation built through hands-on experience and close collaboration with hiring managers. You are proactive, structured, and motivated by finding and attracting the right people. You thrive when navigating multiple processes and value strong partnerships built on trust and curiosity.

• Minimum two years of experience from a dedicated recruitment role
• Experience with assessment tools and providing feedback during interviews
• Fluency in Danish and English, is a requirement to ensure effective support across the business
• Experience with LinkedIn as a recruitment tool is considered an advantage
