YOUR TEAM
You will join our Responsible Sourcing Team that manages social impact, labour rights, chemical and environmental impacts and improvements across BESTSELLER’s global supply chain. We are responsible for managing risk in the supply chain and products, setting policies and standards, developing the strategic direction and delivering improvements in these areas. We are an international team - located both in our main offices and in our regional sourcing offices - who work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders externally and internally to deliver results. We are data-driven and focus on driving improvements through transparency of the supply chain and product performance through effective measurement tools. 

THE JOB
As Responsible Supply Chain Coordinator, you will play a central role in our Responsible Sourcing team by coordinating a wide range of tasks across the supply chain. You will ensure BESTSELLER’s requirements are integrated into our processes, secure high-quality supplier and factory master data with our sourcing offices, guide onboarding and offboarding processes of supply chain partners, and secure transparency to our approved supply chain. 

More specifically, your tasks will include: 

  • Securing high-quality supplier and factory master data in collaboration with our sourcing offices, including maintaining and developing digital registration tools and driving continuous improvements. 
  • Driving cross-organizational alignment and collaboration with colleagues across teams and regions to ensure consistency in responsible supply chain management.
  • Developing and facilitating guidelines, SOPs, and training sessions to strengthen knowledge and practices globally and locally. 
  • Operating supply chain systems and ensuring accurate data reporting and analysis through Excel and PowerBI. 
  • Partnering closely with specialists in Responsible Sourcing and Global Sourcing to ensure strong supplier and factory management.

As Responsible Supply Chain Coordinator, you will combine detail orientation with a broad supply chain perspective. You will strengthen your skills in data governance, digital tools, and reporting, while collaborating closely with global colleagues to drive improvements and ensure consistent responsible practices. 

YOUR PROFILE
You are structured and detail-oriented, ensuring quality and deadlines, while also keeping a comprehensive overview of data and processes. You thrive in a fast-paced and international work environment, where you will engage with a multitude of stakeholders from different teams and countries.  It is essential that you can manage multiple tasks and projects at the same time and have a confident and positive attitude to easily handle your various interfaces within the organisation. You can either be a newly graduate or experienced coordinator, but bringing the following will bring you one step ahead: 

  • Educational background where you have learned tools within responsible supply chain management or supply chain master data management – and gained insight into the complexities of a garments supply chain  
  • Experience from a supply chain or compliance/ESG function or similar
  • Familiar with working in e.g., the Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel) and Power BI and able to quickly familiarize with new Tech systems.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
