We are looking for an experienced colleague to join our team and take the lead in shaping and scaling our Growth Management process and supporting BESTSELLER’s leaders and specialists across functions, brands and countries in their development journeys.
YOUR TEAM
You’ll be joining an ambitious team within BESTSELLER’s PEOPLE organisation consisting of three dedicated trainers and four digital learning specialist that provide a range of support solutions to our business – each with diverse backgrounds and specialties, enabling us to meet the wide array of training needs that our business calls for. As a Learning & Development function, we continuously adapt our training solutions to ensure that they match the needs of our brands, group functions, countries, and cultures.
In this setting, your role will be to take our digital Growth Management process to the next level – ensuring it supports meaningful development conversations and drives performance across all corners and levels of BESTSELLER, in close collaboration with dedicated and skilled colleagues across PEOPLE as well as the wider organisation.
YOUR ROLE
As Senior Leadership Development Specialist, you’ll play a key role in how we bring one of our core people processes – Growth Management – to life across the business. With the foundation already in place, we are now working on its digitalisation. Your job will be to take it further into the organisation, strengthen its practical value, and make sure it stays relevant and user-friendly over time.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Driving the roll-out and adoption of the Growth Management process in new areas of the business, including Retail, Logistics, and Service & Facility
- Ensuring the digital experience is smooth, accessible, and continuously improved
- Providing tools, materials, and training to support managers and PEOPLE Business Partners
- Contributing to the integration of leadership and specialist pipelines into related PEOPLE processes
- Supporting succession planning and building visibility around future talent
- Collaborating across the PEOPLE organisation to ensure a strong and consistent experience.
You’ll be working at both the strategic and hands-on level – making sure this key process supports everyday development in a way that’s practical, people-focused, and aligned with business needs.

YOUR PROFILE
You bring experience implementing and refining development and performance processes in large organisations – and you know how to make those processes work in real life. You may have experience with project management, but what matters most is that you’re structured, strategic, and comfortable balancing the big picture with the day-to-day details.
We imagine that you:
- Have 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, performance management, or leadership development
- Are fluent in digital learning tools and HR systems – and know how to make them work for users
- Are comfortable working with a variety of stakeholders – from HR partners to senior leaders
- Understand how to align processes with business and people needs
- Communicate clearly and translate ideas into action
- Speak and write English fluently
- Have experience from retail – it’s not a requirement, but it will help you quickly understand the needs of a key part of our business.
