THE TEAM
As part of our S&OP team, you’ll join a collaborative and dynamic environment where your input will be valued from day one. You’ll work alongside experienced professionals dedicated to optimising inventory, flow, and delivery performance. Working with a 12-month planning horizon, you’ll engage with a broad range of stakeholders and identify opportunities for improving our supply chain. Our S&OP team is undergoing an exciting transformation, and we’re looking for your fresh perspective to help us succeed.
THE ROLE
As a Student Analyst, you’ll play an important role in supporting the monthly S&OP cycle. Your tasks will include:
- Supporting the collection and maintenance of forecast and resource input data
- Verifying and cross-checking data to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Conducting analysis to enhance forecast accuracy
- Assisting in scenario development to drive performance improvements
- Creating and improving data visualisations and dashboards in Power BI for more effective S&OP analysis
- Actively contributing to the ongoing development of the S&OP process at BESTSELLER

YOUR PROFILE
We’re looking for someone who is curious, proactive, and eager to learn. Ideally, you’ll bring:
- Current enrolment in a relevant programme, such as supply chain management or data analytics
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- A desire to contribute and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of MS Power BI, DAX, VBA, or basic SQL is a plus, but not required

EMPLOYMENT
15-20 hours per week, with flexible working hours and expected presence in the office 1-2 days a week.
LOCATION
Your primary work location can be either our office in Aarhus C or our distribution centre in Haderslev.
