YOUR TEAM
You will be joining a close-knit team, working with the Scrum-based delivery method. YOUR JOB
As a Student Worker, you will be instrumental in managing, configuring, and supporting our third-party platforms. Your primary focus will be on optimizing these tools to align with our organization’s agile needs and to improve the overall user-experience.
You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders across the organization, effectively communicating and understanding their needs. By shadowing and communicating with key users, you will gain insights into how the tools are being utilized, what they like and dislike. You will ensure together with the platform owner that the platforms are maintained, updated, and that there is a feedback loop for continuous improvement.

More specifically, your tasks will include:

  • Support the adoption and continuous improvement of internal platforms by understanding user needs and contributing to a positive, engaging user experience
  • Help create a strong connection with stakeholders by actively listening, gathering feedback, and showing openness to ideas and improvement
  • Assist in communicating updates, new features, and changes in a clear, user-friendly way that helps users stay informed and confident
  • Contribute to onboarding new users to the platforms by offering demonstrations, answering questions, and helping them get started smoothly
  • Support the team in showcasing platform capabilities to individuals and groups, highlighting how the tools can make their work easier and more efficient
  • Encourage a culture of feedback and collaboration by helping create simple feedback loops and promoting ongoing dialogue with users
  • Help maintain clear and accessible materials like user guides, tips, and internal communications that support understanding and ease of use
  • Collaborate closely with the team to ensure the platforms reflect evolving workflows and contribute ideas for enhancing their value across the organization.

We are looking for someone with the following qualifications:   

  • Currently studying a relevant degree within IT communication
  • Interest in technology and system administration
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
