YOUR JOB
As a Student Worker, you will play a supportive role within our Gen AI initiatives at BESTSELLER. While similar in spirit to our existing student positions, this role has a distinct focus on project-related assistance, handling support requests, and helping users navigate and adopt Gen AI tools effectively. As this is a newly established area, your tasks and responsibilities will develop over time, offering you a unique opportunity to shape the role in collaboration with the team.

More specifically, your tasks may include:

• Supporting the team in organizing and executing Gen AI-related projects and initiatives. 
• Helping manage and respond to support cases and user inquiries. 
• Assisting users directly by answering questions and guiding them in the use of Gen AI tools. 
• Collaborating with the AI practitioners and team to refine support processes and resources. 
• Contributing to the creation and maintenance of internal documentation, FAQs, and knowledge-sharing materials. 
• Contributing to the development and maintenance of AI agents.

YOUR PROFILE

QUALIFICATIONS

• Currently pursuing a relevant degree in Information Science (BSc), Cognitive science or similar with at least two years remaining. 
• Strong interest in and experience with IT and Gen AI tools. 
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
