We’re looking for a new Talent Acquisition Manager to take global ownership of how we attract, assess, and engage people who will move our business forward.
YOUR TEAM
You’ll join our central PEOPLE department, where the Talent Acquisition team supports the entire organisation across brands, markets, and functions.
Your immediate team consists of eight dedicated colleagues – three focusing on employer branding and five on recruitment – who are eager to learn, collaborate, and grow. Together, you’ll strengthen BESTSELLER’s ability to attract the right people at the right time through smarter processes, sharper tools, and inspiring partnerships across the business.
YOUR JOB
As our new Talent Acquisition Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring we continue to attract and hire the best talent – people who share our curiosity, courage, and collaborative spirit.
In this role, you’ll balance strategic global ownership with operational support in Denmark.
You’ll oversee our recruitment systems and processes worldwide, lead AI-driven developments, and ensure our hiring leaders experience an efficient and business-minded recruitment partnership.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading a team of Employer Branding and Recruitment Specialists.
- Maintaining and anchoring our Employer Value Proposition Globally.
- Driving the evolution of our global talent acquisition processes, systems, and tools.
- Acting as system owner for our recruitment technology landscape.
- Continuously strengthening the capabilities of TA specialists and hiring managers through ongoing learning and training.
- Providing strategic support and sparring to leaders across brands and functions.

YOUR PROFILE
You’re an experienced recruitment professional with strong leadership skills and a structured, forward-looking mindset. You know how to balance people, processes, and technology – and you enjoy building partnerships across complex organisations.
We imagine you bring:
- 5+ years of experience within recruitment or talent acquisition, including leadership responsibility – preferably with international exposure.
- Experience managing recruitment systems or tools.
- Familiarity with psychometric and cognitive assessment tools.
- A passion for developing people and improving processes.
- Fluency in English, written and spoken.
- An openness to – or experience with – integrating AI into recruitment and process optimisation.
