We’re looking for a talented and experienced UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic product team. In this role, you’ll take full ownership of the design process — from early ideation to final implementation — and work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, business developers, developers, and fellow UX designers.

YOUR TEAM
You’ll join a team of talented colleagues working across BESTSELLER’s wholesale business. We build the B2B e-commerce platform that improves workflows and drive value across markets and brands. YOUR ROLE
As our UX/UI Designer, you will: 

• Participate in grooming sessions with the business to fully understand user needs, goals, and commercial context. 
• Translate use-cases into thoughtful UX flows and high-fidelity UI designs in Figma, using and maintaining a shared design system and component library. 
• Work in iterative design cycles, ensuring that your work evolves through feedback and aligns with both user and business needs. 
• Take a humble, commercial, and user-centric approach, collaborating closely with stakeholders to find the right fit between business goals and user experience. 
• Handoff final designs to developers, including specs and assets, and participate in check-ins during development to ensure high-quality implementation. 
• Test the final implementation to ensure it matches the original design intent and business expectations. 
• Take full ownership of the end-to-end design process, advocating for design quality at every step. 

Tools We Use: 

• Figma (extensively – it’s your main workspace) 
• Jira & Click-up 
• MS Teams, and other collaboration tools. 

YOUR PROFILE
You’ll Succeed in This Role If You:

• Have 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design for web or digital products. 
• Are highly proficient in Figma (design systems, auto layout, libraries, components, variants, prototyping). 
• Have a strong eye for visual design and are obsessed with details — but always with the user in mind. 
• Thrive in a collaborative, cross-functional environment, and enjoy working closely with business and tech. 
• Are proactive, structured, and reliable — you take pride in seeing a design through to successful delivery. 
• Know how to balance user needs, technical feasibility, and business goals. 
• Have worked with e-commerce  
• Communicate clearly and confidently in English – Danish is a plus.
