User Experience Intern

YOUR TEAM & ROLE
You will join Team ServiceNow – a close-knit and ambitious team of developers, specialists and analysts, working with our internal digital self-service offerings. Our environment is agile, and we always look for new ways of creating value, while continually improving our existing solutions. We are also a distributed team spanning across Malaga and Denmark (Brande and Aarhus).

As our User Experience intern, you will help us create the foundation for working structured (strategically and tactically) with user insights in our team. You will be aiding the team in making the right decisions based on input from our end-users. Serving as a sparring partner to TECH, you will be conducting user research and translating the input to actionable results.

Tasks include, but are not limited to:

  • Researching and identifying pains and needs for internal colleagues
  • Drafting typical BESTSELLER digital worker personas
  • Mapping digital employee journeys in BESTSELLER.

YOUR PROFILE
You will be collaborating with several people both inside and outside TECH, so it is key that you thrive in an outgoing role that requires you to “meet” our users where they are at and make an effort of understanding their perceptions, issues etc. You have strong communication skills and know how to bridge the gap between TECH and our end users. Finally, you do not shy away from challenging “As Is” – we are all ears for suggestions for improvement, and we hope that you will bring new perspectives into our team. 

We are looking for someone who: 

  • is enrolled in a relevant education Bachelor’s or Master’s level
  • is fluent in English, spoken and written
  • understands UX.
