As we move toward AI-enabled content and automated workflows, our current Copy & Localization function is evolving into a strategic enablement hub that empowers brands while ensuring quality, efficiency, and scalability.

We are now looking for a Content Optimization Specialist to play a key role in this transformation. In this role, you will own AI-driven content automation and prompting frameworks, govern quality standards for English master copy, and enable brands and main stakeholders to produce localization-ready content at scale.

What’s this role all about?

As Content Optimisation Specialist, you'll lead the way in AI-driven content enablement. From developing prompt frameworks to reviewing content quality, you’ll ensure that the English master copy is localisation-ready and production processes are smart, efficient, and scalable.

You won’t just edit or review. You’ll be an enabler, a systems thinker, and a process owner helping teams across the business work better with content.

 

What you’ll be working on

  • Own and evolve our AI content automation and prompting frameworks
  • Review and quality-check English master copy to ensure localisation readiness
  • Establish and improve content production processes to support multiple brands
  • Provide frameworks and support for teams producing localisation-ready content
  • Monitor content and prompt performance, using data to drive improvements
  • Phase out outdated workflows and roll out smarter, scalable systems

 

Who you are

You see content as more than words. It’s structure, systems, and workflows. You’re excited about the potential of AI, but you know that clarity, consistency, and quality still matter. You likely bring:

  • Experience with AI-driven content generation, prompting frameworks, or content automation
  • Strong English proofreading and quality assurance skills, with a focus on localization readiness
  • Proven ability to optimize and govern content processes to reduce manual effort and rework
  • Data-driven mindset, using metrics to improve content quality and efficiency
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple stakeholders and teams.
