We’re looking for a Danish-speaking Customer Service Agent to join our international customer service team in Amsterdam. If you’re someone who enjoys solving problems, loves helping others, and thrives in a fast-paced, people-first environment, this might be the perfect fit for you.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

You’ll be the voice behind our fashion brands, helping customers across Europe with their questions, concerns, and shopping experience — always in a way that’s personal, helpful, and on-brand.

  • Support customers via chat, WhatsApp, email, and phone
  • Handle orders, refunds, claims, and spot any suspicious activity
  • Use internal systems to investigate and resolve customer inquiries
  • Work closely with colleagues across teams to ensure smooth resolutions
  • Translate support messages where needed (Danish ↔ English)
  • Join meetings and training sessions to keep your skills sharp
  • Speak up when you see a better way to do something, we’re all ears

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

You’re naturally helpful and solution-oriented. You enjoy working with people, learning new tools, and staying calm when things get busy. We’d love to hear from you if you:

  • Speak Danish and English fluently it's a must (other language is a plus)
  • Are confident in written and spoken communication
  • Are curious, positive, and ready to take ownership of your work
  • Have experience in customer service, retail, hospitality—or just love helping people
  • Are an avid online shopper who understands what good service looks like
