Right now, we’re looking for a Freelance Frontend Developer who’s confident working independently, fluent in JavaScript (yes, the real kind), and ready to help shape the frontend of our Salesforce Commerce Cloud environment.

If you’re someone who cares about clean code, performance, and creating great customer-facing experiences, this is your gig.

What you'll do

• Own the frontend of our Salesforce Commerce Cloud platform
• Build and maintain components using vanilla JavaScript (ES6+)
• Implement slick, responsive, and accessible UI using HTML5/CSS3
• Debug, optimize, and keep performance sharp
• Work with backend developers to get things done clean, fast, and right
• Handle complex tasks independently, without hand-holding
• Share ideas in code reviews and help us continuously improve

What you bring

This isn’t a junior gig. We’re looking for someone who knows frontend inside out and isn’t tied to frameworks to get things done.

Must-haves:

• Deep knowledge of vanilla JavaScript (ES6+) — no reliance on frameworks
• Strong command of HTML5 and CSS3, including accessibility and responsive design
• Experience with Git and modern development workflows
• You know how to debug and solve problems — and communicate clearly along the way
• Confidence working solo on tough challenges (and delivering well-documented code)

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud
• Familiarity with Agile methods
• Knowledge of performance optimization techniques

Contract Details

• Type: Freelance Agreement
• Duration: 6 months, with a possible 6-month extension
• Location: Remote or hybrid (Amsterdam)
