What is the role about?
As our new Marketplace Coordinator, you’ll help us keep things running smoothly with our partner marketplaces. From onboarding products and managing data flows to making sure nothing gets in the way of delivering great customer experiences.
You’ll play a key role in optimizing how we work with partners and platforms, helping us grow our reach and performance and doing it with operational excellence.
What you’ll be working on
- Own and improve the daily product onboarding process (data entry, attribute mapping, etc.)
- Troubleshoot and fix onboarding issues, collaborating closely with partners and internal teams
- Spot opportunities to automate tasks and make processes more efficient
- Track issues, dive into root causes, and work with the team to solve them at scale
- Create clear, simple documentation so others can build on what you’ve improved
- Support our marketplace operations, so they run smoother than ever

- Marketplace growth targets are supported by your solid workflows and support
- Stakeholders (internal and external) understand how our processes work and how they’re evolving

Who we’re looking for?
You’re curious, structured, and not afraid to question how things are done. You enjoy finding smarter ways to work and translating complexity into simplicity.
