At BESTSELLER, our Responsible Sourcing function is an integral part of the Global Supply Chain business unit. Our vision is to achieve sustainable and efficient sourcing through true partnerships with world-class manufacturers. We set and implement policies for due diligence and responsible sourcing practices across our global supply chain, ensuring strong social, labour, chemical, and environmental standards in our products and manufacturing sites. Our goal is to drive industry solutions that collaboratively address the biggest social and environmental challenges across our supply chain. In addition, we work closely with other Business Units within BESTSELLER to support and deliver on brand purchasing and sales strategies, as well as our Fashion FWD Sustainability Strategy.

As Transparency & Reporting Coordinator, you will work across a wide range of critical sustainability topics and have the chance to build deep expertise, supported by a team of passionate responsible sourcing professionals.
We’re looking for someone keen to make a meaningful contribution to our efforts to create a more responsible supply chain.

RESPONSIBILITIES
The Transparency & Reporting Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the Responsible Sourcing department in navigating and meeting the growing reporting demands related to human rights, environmental impacts, and product safety risks across BESTSELLER's global supply chain.

Key tasks will include:
•    Conducting a detailed gap analysis of existing supply chain reporting systems against new and evolving regulatory frameworks, including but not limited to the EU Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and individual national legislation, such as the German Supply Chain Due Diligence Act.
•    Mapping these reporting requirements and delivering actionable insights and guidance to internal teams and stakeholders on legal and industry standards and expectations.
•    Developing clear, concise guidance and instructional materials for relevant departments to help them build and implement data management systems that meet these requirements.
•    Collaborating with internal and cross-functional teams to support the implementation of data management systems to meet reporting requirements and support wider transparency efforts.
•    Developing and drafting content, both qualitative and qualitative data, for BESTSELLER's reporting on supply chain related risks.
•    Researching and drafting internal communications to keep teams informed and aligned on projects aimed at reducing the environmental and human rights impacts of our supply chain.

SKILLS & EXPERTISE
•    Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage and analyze large, complex data sets and develop tailored communication and reporting on these data points.
•    Demonstrated experience in deep-dive research, ideally in sustainability or supply chain contexts, with a passion for uncovering detailed insights.
•    Commitment to transparency and its transformative impact on global supply chains.
•    Excellent English communication skills, with an emphasis on writing, copy-editing, and proofreading.
•    Strong cross-cultural communication skills; ability to work effectively within international and diverse teams.
•    Analytical mindset, capable of problem-solving and developing practical, data-driven solutions.

PROFILE
We're looking for someone who is:
•    A problem-solver with a meticulous, detail-oriented approach to work.
•    Ambitious and eager to learn, with a passion for delving deeply into complex topics and distilling them into practical insights.
•    Comfortable handling large volumes of information across diverse subjects and isn't intimidated by the wide range of issues they’ll need to grasp.
•    Curious and intellectually agile, capable of jumping from one complex issue to another — from factory water management systems in Turkish denim production to gender-based risk mitigation strategies in Bangladeshi factories, to VOC levels in footwear shipments.
•    Open-minded and collaborative, with a passion for making an impact on human rights, environmental sustainability, and responsible business practices.

WHAT WE WILL BRING TO YOU
In return, you’ll be welcomed into a friendly team that is passionate about human rights, environmental impact, and chemistry. We aim to provide a supportive environment where you're given resources to learn and grow into a specialist in transparency and responsible sourcing best practices. This role will also require occasional travel to Denmark for team meetings.
•    An extensive discount on all BESTSELLER brands
•    The possibility of being added to our collective health insurance or an allowance of € 150 gross per month.
•    Tax benefit to your sports membership subscription.
•    Work 37 hours a week
•    27 holidays per year based on a full-time workweek. Option to buy 5 additional days!
•    A daily healthy lunch in the office
•    Free consultations with psychologists and lifestyle coaches with OpenUp
•    A culture of trust, autonomy, and continuous feedback that contributes to a positive impact.
•    Plenty of opportunities for professional and personal development.
