Right now, we’re looking for a Swedish-speaking Customer Operations Agent to join our international team in Amsterdam. If you care about people, love solving problems, and want to work somewhere where your ideas count—this could be the place for you.

What’s the role about?
As part of our Customer Operations team, you’ll be one of the voices behind our brands, helping customers across Europe and beyond, making sure they always feel seen, heard, and supported.

We’re not into copy-paste answers. We want to deliver support that feels human, helpful, and thoughtful—whether that’s via chat, email, WhatsApp, or phone. You’ll work closely with colleagues across the business to answer questions, fix problems, and make sure our customers leave every interaction with a smile.

What you’ll be doing

  • Assist customers via chat, WhatsApp, email, phone, and through partner channels
  • Handle everything from order processing and refunds to fraud detection and claims
  • Use internal tools and systems to find fast, accurate solutions
  • Stay up to date on macros, scripts, and support content
  • Translate messages as needed (Swedish↔ English)
  • Spot patterns or issues and flag improvements to your Supervisor
  • Join meetings and trainings to stay sharp and informed
  • Collaborate with your teammates to deliver amazing service together


What you bring to the team

We’re looking for someone who loves working with people and doesn’t settle for “just okay.” You’re quick on your feet, naturally curious, and happy to step in to help—even when it’s not “your ticket.”

Here’s what helps

  • You speak Swedish and English fluently—any extra languages are a bonus
  • You have great communication skills, both written and verbal
  • You’re an avid online shopper and you get what makes a great eCommerce experience
  • Previous experience in Customer Support, hospitality, or retail? Big plus!
  • You’re calm under pressure and thrive in a busy environment
  • You’re naturally empathetic, organized, and a real team player
