We’re looking for a Tech Support colleague who enjoys solving problems, helping others, and making everyday tech just work. If you like variety, take ownership, and get energy from helping people move forward, this could be your next step.

What’s the role about?

You’ll be the first point of contact for tech support across our Amsterdam office, helping colleagues both onsite and remotely. From quick fixes to more complex issues, you’ll play a key role in keeping our teams connected, productive, and supported.

You’ll be part of our Office team. A hands-on, friendly group focused on creating a smooth and positive experience for everyone at BESTSELLER.


What you’ll be working on

Support people, not just systems

  • Provide first-line support via ServiceNow, chat, phone, and in person
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and account issues across Windows, macOS, and Microsoft 365
  • Help colleagues with everything from access issues to setup questions

Keep things running smoothly

  • Set up laptops, meeting rooms, and equipment for new joiners
  • Manage IT equipment and keep track of inventory
  • Support office setups and events when needed

Own the ticket flow

  • Prioritise and manage incoming requests
  • Keep communication clear, simple, and friendly
  • Follow through until issues are fully resolved

Improve how we work

  • Spot recurring issues and suggest smarter ways to solve them
  • Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing
  • Help us build a more consistent, scalable support setup


What you bring

You don’t need to know everything, but you do need curiosity, structure, and the drive to help people.

  • Have experience in IT support or Service Desk roles
  • Are comfortable with Microsoft 365, Windows, macOS, and basic networking
  • Have worked with tools like ServiceNow, Intune, Entra ID, or Active Directory
  • Can explain technical things in a simple, human way
  • Stay calm, organised, and solution-focused even when things get busy
  • Take ownership and look for ways to improve how things are done
  • You can work onsite 2 days per week in our Amsterdam office
