Technical CRM Supporter

We are currently looking for a mid-level Technical CRM Supporter to join our team!


Team And Role:
As a Technical CRM Supporter in our team, you will roll-out and build email solutions, journeys, and campaigns for our 13 fashion brands. You will be putting your coding skills in use by dynamic content, creating data extensions and testing, developing innovative templates. You will seek out scalable setups, identify new technical solutions and ensure that our data and tools are matching our expanding CRM needs.

You will be pivotal to the success of our central CRM team - a cross-functional team with creative, analytical & technical roles. The team is led by the CRM Manager, who expects you to take ownership, challenges you and cares about your personal growth. Besides collaborating with your CRM colleagues in our central e-commerce office located in Amsterdam, you will work closely with the email specialists located at our brand offices in Denmark.



  • Utilize Salesforce Marketing Cloud to roll-out campaigns, journeys, and personalisation initiatives
  • Provide technical support on the integration of new systems (e.g., the implementation of our new Customer Data Platform (CDP)). Facilitate the integration from a CRM perspective and ensure correct data integration between the platform and current systems.
  • Execute (automated) email marketing initiatives to include dynamic content and segmentation
  • Build data extensions and automations
  • Design and update responsive email templates and modules, utilizing HTML/CSS/ AMPscript code language to drive relevant content dependent on device



  • 2-3+ years’ experience in the field of technical marketing, preferable with focus on CRM
  • You have a working knowledge of HTML, CSS, SQL, JavaScript and AMPscript
  • Hands-on experience with email automation platforms, preferably Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Pro-active and “can-do” mindset
  • Strong communicator, both in written and spoken in English
