Position: Team Leader  
Reports to: Assistant Manager, Distribution Center  
Schedule: 7:00 am to 3:30 pm
Location : Anjou, Quebec

We are a great team working in the distribution sector, specializing in men's clothing (JACK & JONES). Our mission is to ensure efficient management of logistics operations while ensuring customer satisfaction.  
 

What you’ll do.

As a Team Leader, your main goal is to ensure the smooth daily operations. Your key responsibilities include:  

• Supervising and motivating a diverse team of handlers.  
• Organizing daily activities to meet production and quality goals.  
• Training the team in work methods, safety, and best practices.  
• Efficiently using human and material resources to optimize operations.  
• Ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and regulations, with clear communication and regular reporting.

• Proven experience in team management within distribution or logistics.  
• Ability to handle stress and solve challenges proactively.  
• Excellent communication, leadership, and adaptability to change.  
• Deep understanding of safety standards and best operational practices.
