Apply for Job
Do you love turning ideas into engaging digital experiences? Are you curious about how AI and new tools can take learning to the next level? If you want to take part in shaping how thousands of BESTSELLER colleagues learn and grow, this is your chance.
We are looking for a new colleague to join the team in BESTSELLER Academy, while our colleague is on maternity leave.
YOUR TEAM
You’ll join BESTSELLER Academy - a part of the global PEOPLE (HR) organisation. We’re an ambitious and creative team of eight with diverse backgrounds, building tools, experiences, and content that support our global organisation.
We are on an exciting journey to digitalise how we learn and develop. As a Learning & Development function, we work closely with colleagues across our brands, functions, and markets to bring learning to life in new and innovative ways.
You’ll join our team at a truly exciting moment! We’re on a journey to move learning from the classroom into everyday work – and your creativity will be essential in shaping content that makes this happen.
Together, we’re exploring how modern learning design, technology, and behavioural insights can help learning stick and truly make a difference.
YOUR ROLE
As our new Digital Content & Learning Specialist, you’ll design and deliver engaging learning content to help our people grow. Some of your projects will be born digital, while others start from classroom-based trainings that you’ll creatively reimagine for a digital format.
Your specific tasks include:
- Creating engaging digital learning content — using video, graphics, and interactive formats.
- Transforming complex ideas into clear, meaningful learning experiences that connect to our business and brands.
- Collaborating across teams and functions to co-create learning that supports performance in everyday work.
- Staying updated on modern approaches to learning and development, exploring new tools and innovative ways to apply AI to make learning scalable and personal.
- Contributing to shaping and strengthening our learning culture — inspiring others to embrace learning as part of how we grow and succeed together
YOUR BENEFITS
We believe development happens when you take ownership — of your ideas, your growth, and your impact. Whether you’re just starting your career or bringing a few years of experience, you’ll find the support, collaboration, and freedom to grow here. With us, you’ll:
- Help us bring learning to life — and in doing so, keep growing your own skills in an environment that values freedom, curiosity, and ownership.
- Be thoroughly onboarded and supported by experienced colleagues who’ll help you build confidence and expertise.
- Work in a flat, informal organisation where ideas matter more than titles and initiative is appreciated.
- Collaborate across teams and functions — learning from others while contributing with your own strengths.
YOUR PROFILE
You’re motivated by creating learning experiences that make a difference — where creativity meets technology and curiosity drives innovation. You enjoy exploring new digital tools, learning by doing, and bringing ideas to life in ways that engage others. In addition, you bring
- A genuine interest in digital content creation — whether that’s video, graphics, or interactive learning formats.
- Curiosity and hands-on experience with AI tools, learning platforms, or design software, possibly from a student job, internship, or other learning-by-doing setting.
- The ability to translate complex ideas into clear, intuitive, and visually appealing learning experiences.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
- An understanding of — or eagerness to learn about — our business, brands, and global context.
- An educational background in communication, digital learning, graphic design, educational science, organisational development, or other related field.
