We are looking for a new colleague to take on an exciting supporting role within talent development and graduate programmes, while our colleague is on maternity leave.

YOUR TEAM
You will be part of the Entry Programmes team in BESTSELLER’s PEOPLE department, responsible for developing, maintaining, and operating our International Business Trainee (IBT) and National Business Trainee (NBT) Programmes as well as our Danish-based apprentice programme. We are a dedicated and energetic team that values professionalism, teamwork, and a positive work environment. We support each other in both big and small tasks, always striving to deliver real value to BESTSELLER. At the same time, we believe that work should be fun, so we prioritise an informal and collaborative atmosphere where everyone’s contribution matters.

YOUR JOB
In this role, you will handle a variety of administrative and coordination tasks, primarily related to our graduate programmes. You will play a key role in ensuring a smooth experience for our graduates from recruitment and onboarding to graduation.

Your responsibilities will include: 

  • Handling mobility tasks related to onboarding, stationing, and graduation of graduates.
  • Planning and coordinating key programme activities, including TryOut, pre- and onboarding, introduction days, start-up and development talks, school periods, exams, and graduation.
  • Handling practicalities related to graduates' arrival and relocations, such as booking flights and arranging accommodation.
  • Responding to inquiries from graduates and stakeholders via our central mailbox.
  • Keeping our digital learning platform and the IBT/NBT blog up to date with relevant content.

You are structured, detail-oriented, and proactive, with a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to work independently. You thrive in a dynamic environment where plans can shift, and you approach challenges with a positive and solution-oriented mindset. You bring energy into the room, communicate with confidence, and naturally build strong relationships across teams and cultures.

In addition, we are looking for the following specific qualifications:

  • Experience working with mobility-related tasks
  • Experience from a coordinating role in a large, international organisation 
  • Fluent in English, written as well as spoken.
