We are looking for a Planning Specialist to join our E-commerce Distribution & Projects Team. In this role, you will play a key part in driving our demand forecast models and optimizing fulfillment processes across logistics and marketplace operations.

You will be part of a dynamic and collaborative team, working closely with colleagues both in Denmark and Amsterdam. Our Distribution & Projects Team is a central function within BESTSELLER with 5 dedicated employees, supporting all our brands and working across multiple business areas. With over 15 million parcels shipped yearly and a budget exceeding 35M EUR, we play a crucial role in ensuring seamless e-commerce operations.
YOUR IMPACT
As a Planning Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient forecasting and operational planning for our e-commerce business. You will be responsible for developing data-driven insights and collaborating with key stakeholders to optimize processes across logistics and marketplace operations.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Developing and managing demand forecast models for BESTSELLER E-commerce
- Creating sales forecasts for Zalando Fulfilment Solutions (ZFS), Fulfilment by Amazon (FBA), and Fulfilment by AboutYou (FBAY)
- Planning and executing operational flows for ZFS, FBA, and FBAY
- Collaborating with warehouse and logistics teams to refine and improve operating models
- Continuously analyzing data, improving processes, and ensuring seamless execution across brands, warehouses, and marketplace partners

We are looking for a structured and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You enjoy working with data, confidently manage stakeholders, and adapt quickly to new challenges. With a proactive mindset and strong communication skills, you take initiative and contribute to the team’s success.
Your qualifications:
- Experience with planning within logistics or a related field is a plus
- Educational background in Project Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or similar
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office
- SQL knowledge is an advantage
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken

WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Location: You’ll be based at our headquarters in Brande, Denmark, with the flexibility to work from home or our Aarhus office 1-2 times a week. However, we expect you to be in Aarhus once a week.
- Travel: 5-10 travel days per year.
