THE TEAM
You will join our Global Lease Management team, responsible for ensuring high data quality and strong financial processes related to our global lease portfolio.
We work closely with Brands, Local Expansion Teams, Finance functions, and administration teams across markets. Our team is dedicated, collaborative, and continuously focused on improving and standardising processes on a global scale.
YOUR ROLE
As our new Student Assistant, you will support the team with a variety of operational and development-oriented tasks within Global Lease Management.
Your key tasks will include:
- Ensuring high data quality in lease contracts in our data management platform and supporting the further development of the platform
- Contributing to our Global Location Finance processes, including support during month-end closing activities
- Supporting the management of a portfolio of legal entities
- Documenting best practices and helping ensure standardised ways of working
- Contributing to the optimisation and increased automation of our processes

YOUR PROFILE
You are curious, structured, and eager to learn. You take responsibility for your tasks and thrive in a collaborative environment. Your educational background is not decisive – you may be studying HR, business, finance, administration, or similar at university or academy level.
Moreover, we imagine that you:
- Have basic Excel skills and are comfortable working with data
- Have strong English skills, both written and spoken
- Have an interest in finance processes and data quality
- Have experience with bookkeeping or accounting is an advantage – but not a requirement
- Are motivated to learn and contribute to process optimisation
Occasionally, travel to our HQ in Brande or other offices in Continental Europe may be required.

WORKING CONDITIONS
Your primary workplace will be Aarhus with occasional visits to our Brande office. However, we suggest that you work from our office in Aarhus approximately 2 days per week. We align the working days on an ongoing basis, and we are flexible during your exam periods.
