YOUR TEAM
You will join Workplace, part of Digital Workplace in BESTSELLER TECH. We work across three service lines: Workplace, Network and Collaboration, developing and maintaining the technology that supports colleagues across our global organisation.

You will become part of a team of six colleagues working with Scrum and collaborating closely with our Product Owner and stakeholders across the business. We value technical expertise, knowledge sharing and finding the right solutions together.

YOUR ROLE
As our new Tech Specialist, you will combine hands-on technical work with close collaboration across the business. Some weeks, you will dive deep into a technical problem. Other weeks, you will be in dialogue with the business about what would make their workday better. Most weeks, it will be both.

More specifically, you will:

• Develop, manage and improve our client environment, ensuring solutions that work for our colleagues.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues, identify root causes and find sustainable solutions.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business, understanding their needs and translating them into better workplace services.
• Contribute to the wider workplace environment, including printing and meeting room technologies.
• Work closely with your team and Product Owner to align technical improvements with business needs and priorities.
• Share your expertise and document solutions, ensuring that knowledge is accessible across the team.

Depending on your experience and interests, there may also be an opportunity to take on a broader coordinating role within the team. This could include helping prioritise the backlog, translating roadmap priorities into concrete tasks and supporting the flow of work across the team.

YOUR PROFILE
You are a specialist who likes getting to the root of things and can explain complex topics simply to people who aren't technical. You are curious about new technology and careful with the solutions that already exist. You build trust easily, stay calm when priorities compete and prefer pragmatic solutions where the colleague's perspective comes first.

We imagine that you bring:

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and Windows client management.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
• Experience with 2nd and 3rd level support.
• Experience collaborating with business stakeholders and understanding their needs.
• Good written and spoken English.

Experience with Mac/Apple environments, MDM, SCCM, Citrix, printing, meeting room technologies or security is an advantage, but we don't expect you to know everything. What matters is your technical foundation, curiosity and willingness to learn.
