As a Lab Technician, you will be responsible for conducting tests on textile materials, analyzing results, and ensuring quality standards are met. 

More specifically, your tasks will include: 

 Quality Control: 

• Implement and maintain rigorous testing protocols to ensure all textiles meet industry standards and client specifications. 
• Perform tests on fabrics and textiles. 
• Record and analyze test data. 
• Ensure products meet quality and safety standards. 
• Maintain and calibrate lab equipment 

Research & Development: 

• Drive innovation by leading R&D projects aimed at developing new materials and improving existing products. 

Compliance: 

• Ensure all laboratory practices comply with industry regulations and safety standards. 

Reporting: 

• Generate detailed reports on test results, research findings, and process improvements for Material specialist. 

Qualifications

• • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Textile Engineering, Textile Technology, Materials Science, Chemistry, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in a textile testing laboratory within the apparel/fashion industry.
  • Strong knowledge of textile testing standards and hands-on experience in fabric and garment testing.
  • Proven ability to operate, maintain, and calibrate lab equipment, with strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Good understanding of quality, safety, and compliance requirements, with strong teamwork and communication skills aligned with BESTSELLER values.
