Store Manager – Vila Blanchardstown
Bestseller Retail Ireland Limited is currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Store Manager to lead our team at our Vila Store in Blanchardstown.
This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic retail leader who is passionate about driving sales, developing high-performing teams, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. We are looking for an individual who can bring energy, commercial awareness, and strong leadership to an established and fast-paced store environment.
The successful candidate will demonstrate full flexibility, with availability across weekdays and weekends, in line with business needs.

Role: Retail Store Manager
Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient performance
• Drive sales performance by achieving and exceeding agreed sales and KPI targets
• Lead, motivate, and inspire the team to deliver strong commercial results
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience at all times
• Manage, coach, and develop the team to maximise individual and store performance
• Ensure effective stock control and inventory management
• Support and execute in-store marketing, promotions, and overall store development
• Foster a positive and inclusive environment for customers, colleagues, and suppliers
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and housekeeping
• Ensure full compliance with company policies and all legal requirements relating to health, safety, hygiene, and security
• Demonstrate flexibility to work across weekdays, evenings, and weekends as required

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

• Proven retail management experience (fashion retail experience is desirable)
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to set clear priorities and goals
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to lead by example
• Strong numerical and analytical ability with a commercial mindset
• Demonstrated leadership and people management capability
• Basic digital and AI literacy, with the ability to use technology to support store operations, reporting, and team efficiency
• Flexibility to work across weekdays and weekends
