YOUR DEPARTMENT
Based at our office in Haderslev, you will join the Outbound Supply Planning Team, which is responsible for the tactical period of the planning horizon, focusing on creating and improving tools that support various forecast processes and data analysis.The role of Business Analyst has ties to several other functions, making it essential that you can build and maintain relationships both nationally and internationally. 

YOUR ROLE 
As a Business Analyst, you have a continuous focus on optimizing the business through tool development and analysis. Your primary responsibility is to understand, use and improve data and helps to create KPIs for reporting. Additionally, you will develop new tools to optimize and enhance our ability to improve forecast processes and increase data transparency. 

More specifically, your tasks will include: 

• Developing and maintaining data and reporting, primarily in Excel, Power BI, and RStudio 
• Identifying and implementing tools and processes to increase efficiency and automation 
• Creating tools to build different scenarios for our value chain 
• Improving data validation and accuracy 
• Ensuring knowledge-sharing of data across departments. 

The scope of your role may evolve over time, giving you the opportunity to develop either a more technical profile or expand your expertise in other directions – it's up to you.

Moreover, we are looking for someone who:  

• Has a degree within business, finance or IT 
• Is interested in data and process development and has strong numerical and analytical skills 
• Has skills in Excel, PowerBi (including SQL), Power Automate, RStudio or similar. However, there is room to explore, learn and develop these skills further 
• Is fluent in English, written and spoken.
