We have gone through a transformation over the last years - and our journey is not over yet. We are growing our team and looking for a Development Manager to take the lead in developing our processes to match the future need of our business.

YOUR DEPARTMENT AND ROLE
The role is placed in our Flow of Goods department. The department is globally responsible for the inbound and outbound flow of goods as well as the development and optimization of the tools and processes connected with the operation. You will be part of the leadership team in the function with reference to Head of Flow of Goods. As Development Manager you manage a team of five highly motivated and competent colleagues, and together you are responsible for the ongoing development and optimization in the department.
Your primary responsibilities include:

• Driving digital developments that increase efficiency and support knowledge management in Flow of Goods.
• Representing Flow of Goods in our strategic projects.
• Being a key contributor to BESTSELLER’s TECH organisation, as your team is directly involved and co-responsible for the development and implementation of our new ERP system, BestOne for Logistics.
• Leading your team with a performance-oriented approach and fostering their development.
• Being an active member of the Flow of Goods management team.

We are investing in our development capabilities across our global Logistics function, which means that we are right now also looking for a Development Manager in both our Strategic Projects department and in our Warehouse operations. You will have a strong collaboration with the other development managers in building the best solutions for BESTSELLER across departments.

• +5 years of experience driving process optimisations in the intersection between people, systems and technology in a logistics or production organisation
• Strong skills in managing stakeholders across operations, business and technology.
• An educational background within logistics, supply chain or production is preferred. 
• Fluent in Danish and English – written and spoken.
