We have gone through a transformation over the last years - and our journey is not over yet. We’re growing our team and looking for a Development Manager to take the lead in optimizing, developing, and maintaining our processes and system solutions in BESTSELLER Logistics.

YOUR DEPARTMENT AND ROLE 
The role is placed in our Strategic Projects department with reference to the Head of Strategic Projects.  
Your primary responsibility is to drive the cross functional development agenda of the logistic setup and doing so in collaboration with representatives of the various areas and functions across logistics.  
You will hold the primary responsibility and become the main driver of development areas, whether that be processes, concepts, systems, or a combination.
Your responsibilities include: 

• Participating in cross functional projects across Logistics  
• Leading and supporting initiatives established to develop our logistic business and our way of way of operating  
• Developing and optimizing logistics concepts 
• Ensuring that operational guidelines and concepts are implemented and followed 
• Taking the lead in developing new business solutions, procedures as well as simulation and risk analysis. 
• Securing that BESTSELLER Logistics continually becomes more agile and act as a proactive partner for our business partners 
• Maintaining strong stakeholder relationships by breaking down silos and collaborating through a free flow of information and ideas across teams and departments.

We are investing in our development capabilities across our global Logistics function, which means that we at the same time are looking for a Development Manager in both our Flow of Goods and in our Warehouse Operations. You will have a strong collaboration with the other development managers in building the best solutions for BESTSELLER across departments.

In addition, we’re looking for the following specific qualifications:  

• +5 years of experience driving processes optimisations in the intersection between people, systems and technology in a logistics or production organisation 
• Strong skills in managing stakeholders across Operations, Planning, and IT. 
• An educational background within logistics, supply chain or production is preferred.  
• Fluent in Danish and English – written and spoken.
